Maternal Fetal Medicine
What is Maternal Fetal Medicine?
Maternal-Fetal Medicine, or Perinatology, is a sub-specialty of obstetrics that focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of disorders in mothers planning pregnancy, expectant mothers and their unborn babies. We provide care from pre-conceptual counseling through delivery and recovery.
We have a blended team of providers on staff to assure that we can provide expert services to women throughout their reproductive lifetime, regardless of their age or condition.
We utilize leading edge diagnostic ultrasound services and are accredited by the American Institute of Ultrasound Medicine. Ultrasound units are equipped with state of the art 3D/4D equipment to assure the most technologically advanced services. Our sonography staff are OBGYN, Fetal Echocardiogram and Nuchal Translucency certified.
