Walk-in Contraceptive Services

Active-duty service members can get all their contraceptive care in one place: Womack Army Medical Center walk-in contraceptive clinic.

All beneficiaries, regardless of gender identity, are eligible for care and counseling at walk-in contraceptive clinics and can receive education on safe sexual practices, contraceptives, and STI prevention and treatment.

The clinic is open Wednesdays, 6:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
  • 1st Wednesday of the month: Robinson Health Clinic
  • 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month: Family Medicine Residency Clinic (WAMC)
  • 3rd Wednesday of the month: Clark Health Clinic

How it Works

Services available to active-duty service members only. No appointment necessary. First come, first served during designated date and time. Female patients will complete a urine pregnancy test, receive information on all available short-acting, long-acting, reversible and permanent forms of contraception (birth control), complete intake forms, and counseling on the contraceptive method of choice.
