Clark Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic will be closing effective Friday, April 18^th

• All existing appointments with behavioral health providers in the respective brigade footprints remains unchanged.  Please continue to report to those locations as scheduled. 
• All Behavioral Health walk-in services for 4^th POG, 8^th POG, 528^th Sustainment, 95^th Civil Affairs, and 1SFC will be at the behavioral health offices in the brigade footprint or at the 3^rd Group Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic.  Please call 907-908-2275 schedule an appointment.
• All Behavioral Health walk-in services for 35^th Signal and USASOC will be at the Womack Health and Support Center (WHSC).  Please call 910-907-6825 to schedule an appointment.
• All Substance Use (SUDCC )Treatment appointments for 4^th POG, 8^th POG, 528^th Sustainment, 95^th Civil Affairs, 35^th Signal, and USASOC will be at the Womack Health and Support Center (WHSC).  Please call 910-907-6825 to schedule an appointment.
