Global MHS Genesis software problems affecting prescription processing and ongoing phone system problems.

Due to a global software issue, the WAMC Pharmacies are experiencing significant delays in processing prescriptions. This outage is nationwide and may impact civilian network pharmacies as well. We apologize for the inconvenience and assure you that technical teams across the country are working diligently to resolve the issues as quickly as possible.  In the meantime, we request your patience and understanding and ask that you limit pharmacy visits to urgent, same-day prescription needs only. Additionally, called in refills may take up to 72hours to process.
For new prescription activation, we recommend that you utilize our Q-Anywhere service and text the word GET IN LINE to 844-309-3287 and we will be able to text you when the prescription is ready for pickup. We will keep you updated when the system has returned to normal.
