Womack and all outlying health clinics have transitioned to MHS Genesis our new Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. This transition upgraded our EHR and allows for full collaboration between services, inpatient, ER, specialty clinics along with all Service Branches and the Veterans Administration. MHS Genesis Patient Portal gives you the ability to exchange secure messages between you and your healthcare team. The website also allows you to view your health information, , request medication renewals, view clinical visit notes, labs/test results, request to schedule appointments and manage dependent children’s information on-line.
We are encouraging beneficiaries to take advantage of Doctors on Demand and Tele mental Health. Please see the attachments for more information. These two services by HUMANA Military allow you continued access to healthcare providers.

HUMANA Military has a Program ongoing with dr+on demand - you can also register via the dr+on demand app on your phone. This program is NOT available to Active Duty Members. TRICARE Beneficiaries, welcome to Doctor On Demand available where you are and without the hassle of the waiting room. Connect in minutes with board-certified doctors over live video from the safety of home or wherever you might be. TRICARE is accepted for Medical visits with any Doctor On Demand physician and copays are $0 to make it easier for you to access high-quality and safe care during Covid-19.
Additionally, please remember if you have a referral to an Off-Post Civilian Provider for services, HUMANA/TRICARE normally only authorizes referrals for 6 months and a set amount of visits. Please ensure to review your referral letter you receive in the mail or on TRICARE East link
