Your COVID-19 Test Results

Your test results may not be available for up to 7 days after testing.


You are strongly encouraged to obtain your test results using TRICARE Online.
If you need assistance setting up your account or obtaining access, go to the TRICARE Online site:
  • Click on "Log In"
  • Under DS Login, choose "Need An Account?" or "Activate My Account"

If You Test Negative

You will receive an automated call from Womack to notify you of your negative test results.

If you are a DoD Civilian or Contractor who has been tested at Womack, and are not also a beneficiary, you may not receive an automated call-you will need to obtain your results from Outpatient Medical Records once you are out of isolation or quarantine.

Please continue to adhere to all isolation or quarantine guidance provided to you after testing

If You Test Positive

Regardless of patient type (Active Duty, beneficiary, DoD Civilian or Contractor, etc., you will receive a phone call from a Ft. Bragg Department of Public Health Representative if you test positive for COVID-19.

Outpatient Medical Records

DO NOT come to Outpatient Medical Records if you are still in isolation or quarantine. You must wait until you are no longer in isolation or quarantine.

To obtain COVID-19 test results or if you require copies of your medical records, please download and fill out the DD2870 Medical Release form and bring it with you to Outpatient Medical Records.

• ONLY sign the form in front of Outpatient Medical Records staff.
• You must bring ID.
