Spring Lake:

Drive South on Bragg Boulevard Road.
Use the Randolph Access Point.
Turn right on Knox Street
Turn left on Macomb Street to Reilly Road.
Take a left on Reilly Road.
Inside Womack go through the revolving doors and clinic is in the Clinic Mall on other side of the building.
Park on the All American side if you want to be closer to the clinic by taking a right on Reilly Road.
Take a left on Long Street.
Take a left to the entrance of the medical Center just before the All American Parkway.
Follow the hospital signs to Womack Army Medical Center.
Inside Womack go through the revolving doors and clinic is on the right.

All American:

Head South on the All American Freeway to the All American Access Point.
Continue on All American Parkway following the hospital signs to Womack Army Medical Center located on the right.
Inside Womack go through the revolving doors and clinic is on the right.

Behavioral Health Services

For active duty Service Members, Family members and retirees. The Behavioral Health Consultation Service offers assistance when habits, behaviors, stress, worry, or emotional concerns are interfering with your daily life and/or overall health.

The Behavioral Health Consultant (BHC) works directly with your Primary Care Manager (PCM) to evaluate the mind-body-behavior connection and helps you learn skills and techniques to improve your health. They will consider all of the physical, behavioral, and emotional aspects of your health concerns and help develop a plan that will work best for you.

The BHC will work with your PCM to help you make lifestyle changes and cope better with chronic medical conditions such as:

• Insomnia
• Headaches
• Diabetes
• Weight Management
• High Blood Pressure
• Asthma
• Chronic Pain
• Irritable Bowel Syndrome

The BHC can also help you learn skills to better manage emotional or behavioral concerns such as:

• Depression
• Anxiety
• Stress
• Grief/bereavement
• Family Problems
• Anger
• Relationship Problems
• Quitting Tobacco


Are available to all enrolled beneficiaries. The immunization clinic is located within the Family Medicine Residency Clinic. The clinic operates on a walk-in basis, no appointment is needed.

OB Intake

An Obstetrics (OB) Intake appointment is normally scheduled 6-8 weeks into your pregnancy. During this appointment you will meet with your OB Intake Nurse Coordinator. This appointment is designed to learn more about you and your expectations for your pregnancy. 

During this appointment, we will review your medical, family and previous prenatal history. This OB Intake appointment will last approximately one hour. After this appointment, you will be sent to the lab and pharmacy if needed. 

Active duty Soldiers will receive their OB profile and information about Pregnancy-Postpartum Physical Training. 

Your OB Intake appointment will be administrative ONLY. We will be going over paperwork ONLY and THEN you will be scheduled to see a provider at the end of this appointment.

Minor Procedures

Family Medicine Residency Clinic performs a variety of minor procedures within the Family Medicine Residency Clinic to include the incision and drainage of abscess, skin biopsy, and wart removal. The clinic also offers the insertion of Nexplanon, Insertion of Intrauterine Device, Colposcopy, and Vasectomies.
