1) Please program your cell phone to Silent/Vibrate; if you need to take a call please step out in the hallway.
 
2) Constructive Environment: Support Group is a safe place for us to meet and talk with others to help nurture a new lifestyle. In order to maintain a supportive environment, everyone will be respectful of others. We will refrain from raising our voices, using harsh tones, or being judgmental. Please remember contract.  Misconduct to staff such as disrespect, failure to tell the truth, and failure to follow instructions. You will be asked to leave or not to return to Support Group.
 
3) Womack Bariatric Clinic has no affiliation with any Facebook groups; thus, we will not discuss or answer any questions regarding Facebook in this group.
