To activate new prescriptions from on post and off post providers
1. Scan the above QR code with your cell phone camera OR text “Get in line” to phone number 1-844-309-3287
2. Follow the prompts to enter the 10-digit patient’s DOD ID# from the military card, confirm the patient name, and select a pharmacy location for pick up.
3. Make sure you are standing by for a phone call or text message from our pharmacy staff in case we need further clarification on what you need.
4. You will receive a text notification when the prescription is ready, so you know when to proceed to the pharmacy for pickup.
