Compassionate, Appreciative, Respectful, Encouraging (CARE)
Patient advocates advise and help you with medical concerns within Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC) and outlying clinics. Our mission is to provide a customer service program which offers training, surveys, data collection and analysis to positively shape the patient experience and acknowledgement to our WAMC customer service champions.
Our vision is to provide the drive for Womack Army Medical Center to rank first in customer service and patient satisfaction among all medical treatment facilities.
Patient Advocacy Services
All assistance requests to our offices will be replied to as soon as possible, typically within 24 hours on duty days (Monday-Friday). We are committed to assisting our beneficiaries and WAMC staff with resolving concerns, information and resources.
Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE)
ICE is a web-based tool that collects your feedback on services at this facility.
