Submit a Clinical Rotation Request
Complete the WAMC Rotation Request Form.
When you are ready to submit your form, please email the GME Student Coordinator to request a DoD SAFE File Drop-Off link.
If you are requesting observation/shadowing hours
- Complete WAMC Rotation Request Form.
- Submit your completed form to the GME Student Coordinator with the following information:
- Program you will be applying to
- Institution you will be applying to
- Proof observation/shadowing hours are a requirement for the application
Due to the high volume of observation/shadowing requests, we can only accommodate up to 80 hours of observation/shadowing time,
some departments may offer less. We cannot accommodate every request.
